It appears that this data is out of date or incorrect. For example, the [2020 / 2021 census data](https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/popest/datasets/2020-2021/counties/totals/) has `64` for Loving County, TX (FIPS `48301`), compared to `152` in this file.

thanks for pointing that out. the file was last uploaded in October of 2020. I've changed the data to depend on the live API call.
