Looks like @rreusser/h264-mp4-encoder is no longer published?

I hit the publish button again. Technically I think you own $$ to some people depending on your usage of it and that you're allowed to use your own copy of the encoder but that it's different if you use a hosted copy of it. It's the reason mattdesl unpublished the corresponding node module he'd created. :/

It's published in this notebook for the time being: https://observablehq.com/d/42411b151082b5c0 If rights issues seem alright, I'm glad to give it a proper name again.

"This is why people host downloadable pre-built binaries of open source software like FFmpeg in countries outside US where the same patent laws don’t apply."

Would of course need to be confirmed through additional sources.
