(info.json + IIIF MP3 route but missing region params support) - Works for some MP4s (info.json, only one IIIF MP4) - Need to understand/troubleshoot region params (MP3 and MP4) - Need to understand/troubleshoot MP4 patterns - Want to try getting IIIF MP3s from MP4s

See: https://www.loc.gov/apis/micro-services/streaming-services/

## Step 1: Find an A/V resource. - Head to https://www.loc.gov/search/?fa=online-format:audio to look for audio and/or https://www.loc.gov/search/?fa=online-format:video to look for video. - When you find an item you like, look for the "Download - MP3" or "Download - MP4" button. This will take you to the resource directly. - Copy the URL for the resource, e.g., `https://tile.loc.gov/storage-services/service/afc/afc2020008/afc2020008_021/afc2020008_021_sr01.mp3` > NOTE: Not finding anything? You can also copy a "Storage" or "IIIF service URL" from the table below.
