Hi! After trying this method, I have tested another one just by using the "link-sharing" functionality, adding some parameters to the URL to export to .csv and choose the right sheet if there are many. It might be useful in case you don't want to publish any part of your dataset. I have tested here: https://observablehq.com/@civio/test-embeding-google-spreadsheets, and seems to work fine. Thanks!
