Is there a way to specify the max height for the table?  I have a few cases where I have a large table and would like to constrain it within a given viewspace.

I have not found a way to to implement scrolling and max size. Also, this is cool: headers stay, data cells scroll: http://jsfiddle.net/dandv/JPGEk/
