Still seeing a bug for Section in the above demo: `14. {"type":"section"}` Also of note: to generalize this for 'Survey Slate' we should remove ADB pageframe.

ok I fixed that issue with "stylesForNotebooks" import but I am not sure why the menu labels are not white either.

the production notebook on s3 has correct styling, but this one is a little off.

Because of Observable's default styles in the sandbox. You'll have to set everything explicitely.

it is also a url param (username=testUser&survey=testProject3) so we can prefil these values when linking into it.
