The majority of this document is currently dedicated to the situation and dynamics within the wider team. There is little reflection on the criteria for success and how your engagement with the study may have equipped you for further work in those important areas of collaborating with others, overcoming communication challenges, managing strict timelines and workloads, managing challenging team dynamics, etc. The examiners would like to see a connection between your application of those skills in this study and how you intend to apply some of them in your exploration of your lenses, going forward. What would you do the same next time, and what would you do differently? Further, while there is quite comprehensive reflection on the group dynamic, communication and contributions, it would have been nice to see more critical reflection on, for example, the choice of methods in the original study and/or replication, what was learnt through replication about methods or findings, or what future directions might be implied. Remember that what we are looking for here as elsewhere is applied critical thinking that draws upon evidence and involves synthesis to the extent that gives us confidence that you will be able to develop a passing PhD.
