Struggling to get rid of the "average_genes" part. I tried avgGenes.average_genes as well as avgGenes["average_genes"] but both returned undefined.

DuckDB queries always return an array, even if it contains a single element.

We need error checking for undefined data. Also, these data might look a bit better as a simple table (Inputs.table maybe).

Made a second database because when I tried to add the geospatial to the original db it gave me the warning "memory access out of bounds" so I made a separate one and added genes so it would still connect to the cluster selection. There is probably a better way.

need to add _draft back into the name for section 3 to work properly

We want to exclude all drafts in section 3. We shoud return the status field in our API calls, rather than rely on the phage names ending with _Draft.

In cluster A it leaves a blank string if there is no subcluster, so it is showing up in the list

add in pham functions, list all the same way phageID is listed

Can we have the count for non-conserved phams sorted by frequency, beginning with the highest.

phageGenomes now includes a "status" property whose values are either "draft" or "final".
