I think that you have a small problem with the 1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast) SC. The relevant part is "Graphical Objects
Parts of graphics required to understand the content, except when a particular presentation of graphics is essential to the information being conveyed."
Since there is only ~1.7:1 contrast ratio between the colors of your patterned bar, there isn't enough contrast for a user to identify that bar to match the legend. If the striping/pattern included higher contrast you'd be ok.
