Can you link to the relevant section in the TOS? It's not obvious to me where to start looking. Or maybe have a one-sentence summary of what people might need to be aware of?

I don't think Observable Enterprise means anything to the audience here (and might create confusion, because they might not know what tier they're on). I think this should be focused on the audience, not tell them what amazing features they're getting for free :)

You're right and this is a tough one - groups are a long-requested feature and perfect for managing cohorts but we don't have a self-serve way to set up Enterprise licenses at this time, so we are upgrading Pro classrooms by request. I debated including this section at all... @rkosara maybe I should remove it?
