Many instructors want to provide detailed feedback, duplicate cells, add code, and control sharing if they need to - it's easier to tell students to make them editors to cover all bases than rely on students changing the settings again if a teacher needs access. Most teachers are editors and this instruction was lifted from Mike Freeman's class... Viewers are described elsewhere in the collection so I can link to that.
I guess this is basically duplicated here? Whichever version stays, it should definitely have the fork link and maybe a brief explanation what that means (not exactly common outside of computer science)
Yes, duplicated since it's a common challenge for teachers and I wanted to make sure they see it if they don't start at the beginning - some of the re-organization you suggest might make this more seamless. Def will define forking more explicitly
