@fil the "Download PNG" does not get us the legend and the caption...is this a bug?

It's a known limitation of observable, that we cannot download an HTML composition (here, a figure) as png or svg. I've sent you a suggestion where we make the chart fully svg. Not as convenient, but it's the best we can do for the moment.
