Have you tried using Dodge to separate overlapping labels in these kind of Plots? I couldn´t make it work (trying to use SelectLast and Dodge for labels at the end of (multi) line graphs

No, we can't use dodge to _modify_ y, only to create it from scratch. See issue https://github.com/observablehq/plot/issues/27 and https://observablehq.com/@observablehq/plot-cancer-survival-rates for an example that uses a different algorithm (confusingly, also named "dodge").
