The bounding box is too small, and excludes the northeastern USA and southeastern canada. Updating -75 to -65 fixes the problem - you can see my fork of the notebook for the result

You could set the `endDate` to something like: `new Date().toISOString().slice(0, 13)` to fetch the latest data
