About the model and data sources

This chart shows country-by-country estimates of the number of people with increased access to various determinants of health, which would be achieved by curtailing the tax revenue losses estimated using the State of Tax Justice report, 2023. These losses are expressed as a proportion of government revenue per capita, before being applied as an uplift in government revenue. The GRADE tool is then used to forecast the effects on access to determinants of health, over a period from 2002-2020; the values shown are the number of people with increased access in the final year (2020).
