Several years are available. Data sources: - [Copernicus layer tree cover density, 100m resolution](https://land.copernicus.eu/en/products/high-resolution-layer-tree-cover-density) - [Copernicus layer dominant leaf type, 100m resolution](https://land.copernicus.eu/en/products/high-resolution-layer-dominant-leaf-type) - [Eurostat administrative units Nuts2json](https://github.com/eurostat/Nuts2json) - [Eurostat geographical names Euronym](euronym) The map is drawn with WebGL via [GridViz library](https://github.com/eurostat/gridviz/). Input Copernicus data in GeoTIFF format were aggregated at different resolutions with [GDAL gdalwarp](https://gdal.org/programs/gdalwarp.html) and then tiled in [parquet format](https://parquet.apache.org/) using [GridTiler](https://github.com/eurostat/gridtiler) python tool. The entire data preparation code is available [here](https://github.com/jgaffuri/tiled-europe-forest/tree/main/src). The resulting prepared data is published and accessed from [this github repository](https://github.com/jgaffuri/tiled-europe-forest). 46:[] 43:{"id":"ca5e4649b11f0d5b","slug":"forest-europe","title":"Forests in Europe","thumbnail":"6c4c9af19f1557dedec0ec203b9d06bca7747ef3f7340f65b2675c79cfabf17d","access_level":"public","create_time":"$D2024-06-02T14:52:54.419Z","update_time":"$D2024-09-10T08:52:30.501Z","view_time":null,"first_public_time":"$D2024-06-12T07:45:57.506Z","has_unpublished_edits":null,"fork":true,"stars":7,"starred":false,"owner":{"type":"team","id":"5f78b093af2e7092","login":"jgaffuri","name":"jgaffuri","avatar_url":"https://avatars-next.observableusercontent.com/6a614d4bdc38fdf3e8462e2ab8fed865c094d58907a82e9b357bacec416b8fca","tier":"starter_2024","bio":"GIS and cartography at Eurostat"},"version":887,"publish_version":null,"role":null,"authored":false,"authors":[{"type":"individual","id":"b69434aca236a98c","login":"jgaffuri","name":"jgaffuri","avatar_url":"https://avatars-next.observableusercontent.com/6a614d4bdc38fdf3e8462e2ab8fed865c094d58907a82e9b357bacec416b8fca","tier":null,"bio":"GIS and cartography at Eurostat"}],"members":[{"type":"individual","id":"b69434aca236a98c","login":"jgaffuri","name":"jgaffuri","avatar_url":"https://avatars-next.observableusercontent.com/6a614d4bdc38fdf3e8462e2ab8fed865c094d58907a82e9b357bacec416b8fca","tier":null,"role":"editor"},{"type":"team","id":"5f78b093af2e7092","login":"jgaffuri","name":"jgaffuri","avatar_url":"https://avatars-next.observableusercontent.com/6a614d4bdc38fdf3e8462e2ab8fed865c094d58907a82e9b357bacec416b8fca","tier":"starter_2024","role":"viewer"}],"comments":[{"id":"3d131719eba8efcf","reply_to_id":null,"content":"This is a great work!
