Some of the tooltips have different values than the key above e.g. on road, 1872 there's 'democratic, anti-poor law'

Is gbp here grouped into relative buckets (e.g. cheaper, more expensive) or literal? With inflation, I assume all prices would shift upwards...

Thanks. What I meant was also that out of all political parties categories in the directory (environmental scan) you then grouped those further - do you need/want to specify how that grouping was done?
