There are nuances in the process at the time of interpretation, but mechanically you will do the same thing for every test:

1. Separate a small sample of whatever you will be checking. - Drop your reagents onto a safe, smooth ceramic or plastic surface that won't be eaten by highly corrosive liquids.Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Ceramic (e.g. a kitchen plate), and really most smooth white surfaces will be OK for this. You can use the lid of a _Know Better_ test kit jar, or our spot plate. - To each spot of reagent, add about a 5 mg sample of what you set aside to check. - If there are `A` and `B` components, add `B` after the substance. - Observe and compare the color-change reactions, or non-reactions, for each reagent-sample pairing. 47:T501,substanceLegend = { const substanceResults = html` ${stylesheet} ${viewof select}
