Nice! I havent fully wrapped my head around the persistence so this may or may not be a good fit, but if date as an id feels too gross, I often make heavy use of invalidation at the end of a cell to clean up resources, so that each time you reevaluate, you can first clean up. I’ve found it pretty robust, but the date hack works too!
