(nit) Having "libp2p Performance Dashboard" in the toc seems unnecessary? Is there a way to filter it out?

I looked into it in the past. I don't see an easy way around it other than writing our own TOC script. I don't think that is worth the effort.

I think this could read better if this was inlined with the checkbox: [ ] show baseline - Whether to display the baseline measurement (i.e., ping for latency, iperf for throughput)
