\n\n### Paul Masson's nontrivial mathematical functions\n\n- **Source:** https://github.com/paulmasson/math\n- **Problem:** The script leaks its functions and variables into the global scope.\n- **Solution:** The patch adds declarations, export statements and a fix for inline declarations.\n\n${lazyDiff(\n patches[\"paulmasson/math\"].url,\n patches[\"paulmasson/math\"].patch \n)}\n\nImport the library with\n~~~javascript\nimport {paulmasson_math as math} from \"@mootari/patched-imports\"\n~~~\n","pinned":false,"hidden":false,"mode":"md","author":"$undefined","summary":"$undefined","tool":"$undefined","providerMetadata":"$undefined","attachments":"$undefined","output":"","database":"$undefined"},{"id":62,"value":"paulmasson_math = importPatched(\n patches[\"paulmasson/math\"].url,\n patches[\"paulmasson/math\"].patch\n)","pinned":false,"hidden":false,"mode":"ojs","author":"$undefined","summary":"$undefined","tool":"$undefined","providerMetadata":"$undefined","attachments":"$undefined","output":"$undefined","database":"$undefined"},{"id":300,"value":"

\n\n### Discourse HTML to Markdown\n\n- **Source:** https://github.com/discourse/discourse\n- **Problem:** Discourse implements its own client-side HTML to Markdown conversion for internal use. The module is not published to npm, and relies on a global reference to jQuery.\n- **Solution:** The patch inlines jQuery and adds a call to `$.noConflict()`.\n\n*Note: Recent versions no longer require this workaround.
