One, how we visualize the world is rapidly changing. Two, humans need more data, insights, and collaborations to understand how and why the world is changing. Keeping that in mind, I knew it was time for me to make a career pivot. As I was exploring opportunities, I wanted to join a company that aligned with my values of creating impact for all humans. A company that was using technology to create educational opportunities to change the world, a company that valued empathy, inclusion, and creativity. I'm excited to have found that company, [Observable](https://observablehq.com/). In all honestly, I'm both nervous and thrilled to share that I've joined [Observable](https://observablehq.com/) as the Community Manager on the Developer Relations team. >[Observable](https://observablehq.com/) helps you use data to think.
