The video doesn't seem to run

I have Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 running on windows. Isn't the video supposed to loop infinitely? Most of the time, it's just frozen. Sometimes it runs for half a second (but don't think its the connection - since everything else runs smoothly )

We just remade & replaced the video - hopefully this one works, and thanks in advance for letting us know if it's still not showing up!

Great - thanks, it works now! (FYI on my Iphone /Safari, it doesn't run though)
