Could we avoid using the term "topic" in this notebook. It's not part of our lexicon, and if we can avoid it by being a bit more precise in our language I think that'll help people.

@dunstan - What do you want to call it? Tag is the feature. Finding notebooks and ideas on a topic is how I think users can understand what that means the value for them.

I think it would benefit us (and the reader) to stick with the kind of description you wrote at the top of this notebook, rather than put in peoples' minds that a tag is used to create or reflect something like a space/topic/community/etc. I'm being a bit anal about it because we've used language like this a little too loosely, and users end up wondering what a topic is: it don't exist in the UI, nor in the site's feature list, and you can't go view a topic. So what is it? It also leads to phrases like "topic space" which then introduces the question "What's a space?"

I don't really agree but I'm taking the suggestion :)

Is there a convention for the case of tags? Should we us lowercase, camelcase, snakecase or pascal case? A nice feature would be to allow people to use which ever they prefer and then aggregate the different tags in the same explore page. For example, having these tags link to the same page: #forcedirectedgraph #force_directed_graph #force-directed-graph #forceDirectedGraph #ForceDirectedGraph

@laotzunami - It's up to you to decide what works best for your public or private notebooks. Please note that punctuation is not supported so options 2 and 3 that you noted are not available for use.
