Histograms Use [*d3.bin()*](https://github.com/d3/d3-array/blob/main/README.md#bin) ([explanation in Observable](https://observablehq.com/@d3/d3-bin)) to generate the histogram data. We specify the `value()` and `domain()`. We can also specify the `thresholds()` which figures out how many bins to create, but by default, this is calculated for us.
