This is so great!! Thank you for doing this. I'm going to fiddle with it and bring in some more data, for facets, and also some other data which I'm going to see if I can learn from your Plot-ting, how I might do some plotting. Stay tuned!

I just showed this to my wife Katyn who thought it looked really good. We also identified some data errors in my data that I'll need to look into but this is so good!

@mkfreeman If I want to put the arrows in a legend like in the bottom right, how would I do that? Or is that not something that is really done, more just put it in the text to explain? I see on this page https://observablehq.com/@observablehq/plot-mapping in the Vectors section that they put some SVG arrows in the text above the map to explain what they meant

I don't think this is totally right....

I actually think this is the best map. It really clearly conveys where the big gains and not-so-big gains have happened, extremely clearly. I think I want to work on the income colouring, I think the purple, at least on my screen, is too subtle
