Normally, it's a good idea to define the number of bins for a bar chart using a modifier like .bins({maxbins:<#>}). However, we don't do that here. Why? Because when you combine both our geochart and our bar chart together, you'll run into a conflict in how the population_change variable is represented across both charts. When concatenating, we are not just slapping two charts together; Vega-Lite is attempting to reconcile the two charts at the data and encoding level. Our geochart does not use any binning to represent population_change, and the histogram should avoid doing the same.
