Need to get 100 & 0 on the legend, but I can't figure out how since I'm using threshold

Cant figure out how to get the null part of the legend to be the same color - can't find where it calls for the black that's there now

cant figure how to outline the state - if i can figure it out outline in thin gray so the null values can be white and not look as similar to light orange as they do --come back

color legend notebook doesn't have 0 & 100 on their legends so its prob ok

"g" stands for graphics but can be named whatever

needed in order to use a legend later

d3 doesnt automatically include everything we may want to use - this calls on it to add the legend portion

there are lots of dif formatting options to be found online

put + in front of geo_id so its compatible - so it's a string? not sure why/what that means, come back
