for some reason the x axis is not lining up for me. The mark says 2000 but the data is 1999

Yeah.. I am only showing every 10 years marks, so it should never write 1999 on the axes.. but if you hover it's there. Does that work as expected?

ok.. moved the bars a bit .. should work now.. at least right bar intersects the tick.. i could remove the ticks though
