Awesome work Tom! I've always been a fan of Bert Spaan's Dropzone input (love the UI): https://observablehq.com/@bertspaan/dropzone Unfortunately it's lacking the option to choose a file on click. That's super handy in your version! Anyways, being able to specify a certain file extension (e.g. json or csv) would be a neat additional feature I guess.

Yeah I agree a filter would be nice. It's not totally straight forward (turns out dragging files ignore "accept") and not useful to me right now and I am 'on the clock' so I will wait until the need arrises.

Nice work! Reference to the "@mbostock/localfile" does not work. It should be "/@mbostock/localfile"- a slash missing at the beginning.
