Calculated based on employee's level and the company's utilization scale $${config.utilizationScale} x level$ *Productivity* : The amount of open time on their schedule over 7.5 hour workday. *Availability* : The open time + breaks over 7.5 hour workday. Each meeting is ${ (config.meetingLength[0] * 15 / 60).toFixed(2) } - ${ (config.meetingLength[1] * 15 / 60).toFixed(1)} hours in duration and between 1 and ${ config.meetingAttendees } employees within ${ config.meetingLevelRange} levels from the host. **Scheduling begins** by sorting employees by their level and then productivity score. An employee is removed from the available stack if their availability is less than their utilization score. The employees at the top of the stack (upper management with low or zero utilization) attempt to fill their schedules with meetings. until there is no available spaces left. This continues until there's no more availability. ### Punchline Pointless meetings pushed down from the top tank productivity. The only way an employee can meet bullshit utilization target set by upper management is to not have them in the first place. ` 4e:T49f,AvgEmployee = { const employees = company.employees const avg = {start:0,end:0,day:0,meetings:0,breaks:0,productivity:0,utilization: 0, delta : 0} for(let i = 0; i < employees.length; i++){ avg['start'] += employees[i].schedule.start avg['end'] += employees[i].schedule.end avg['day'] += employees[i].schedule.end -
