I feel like we need a slightly different model for media other than 2-D images. Visual Item seems to specifically reference the visual representation of Physical Man-Made Thing. We could use it for images and use Information Object for other media types.

Also, I think having links back to the artwork is useful. It saves a call back to the ID Manager for the consumer.

No--though this field will only make sense for collection/artwork image.

Not sure. What do you think makes the most sense? Probably the original source.

Should the ID be 'image/UUID'? The 'images' plural entity type is inconsistent with other transforms.
