Figure 4.. again make it obvious in the caption what the viewer should look at, countries with largest GDP loss.. what is the intervention with largest impact (maybe you need to do an all combined also on the horizontal)

Thanks so much Tereza! This is a great comment! We decided to remove some data points from the plot and try out a different format (arrow line charts) to make the presentation cleaner. The new plot will replace this plot (and this comment will be resolved and deleted).
