Follow up question: how often does a criticism of a narrator's voice lead to a 1- or 5-star review? How much does it factor into an unexpected star rating?

That would be interesting to know. My raw data does include star rating, though parsing it out and doing the analysis is more work than I'm willing to do right now. I think I've stared at these long enough :-)
