This is quite a long way off being ready, but has potential and contains some potentially useful information. I hope Min can work on it. — I think this shapes up quite well as a theoretical idiom that was used effectively to solve a problem - but the user story needs to be adjusted. See my comments and see whether they help you work this into something that fits the structure. I am really hopeful bout this one, I think it's got great potential. It seems focussed! The idiom is a methodology for optimising VA workflows. So, the notebook needs to tell us : Who needed this and why? How was it used? How well did it shape up in SCRC? And what did we learn about SCRC and the workflow optimizer as a result - does it have any limitations, does it need any enhancements and rethinking, or have we shown that it applies perfectly to a wide range of contexts because it performed so well?

This is shaping up. Nice. Can you decide on a User Story and update this? There is too much discussion from the Google Doc in which this notebook was formulated. So please cut this back and remove all blue pins as we finalise! Thanks.

I don't think we need all of the discussion from other documents. Can you just include a user story that explains (in your words and view) what you were trying to do and why? This will really help focus the narrative and reflection.
