I want this markdown to list the most frequent annotated function and the number of times it is seen in phages across this cluster.

What I want this chart to do is sort by the annotated function frequency in the unique phams, but what it is doing is sorting by the frequency that the function is seen in ALL phams in the cluster (not just the unique ones.)
