##### Efficiency Measures Each efficiency measure was evaluated for each building to generate an estimate of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) savings. The goal was to identify which types of efficiency measures are likely to have the biggest impact for each building. \n##### Model Calibration\nIn order to evaluate the impact of various energy efficiency measures (EEMs), Integral created a calibrated ensemble energy model for each building. The calibration process itself utilizes a combination of traditional energy modeling techniques and statistical surrogate modeling to rapidly identify the most likely set of input parameters for each typology given the observed level of energy performance.\n\nSince there are multiple combinations of parameters that yield similar results, we use an ensemble model — a collection of energy models that represent a single baseline — to represent the building.
