@maddy-brown2, it worked directly after i fixed the following: replaced "states" dataset arrays in *funding* and *outcome* cells to "statesFundingTopoJoinedWithEducationData" and "statesOutcomeTopoJoinedWithEducationData" respectively. this is because we do a weird hack that relies on polluting the original "states" map information with our custom data. it worked in the original notebook by accident (timings were lucky), but we should really use the transformed arrays instead of the original "states" array
