Is there any data on plastic amounts in people (plastics in the bloodstream amount?) If so, you could link geographic location to plastic contamination, and see if there's any correlation to death/sickness or other health trends that might correlate.
This is such an interesting and important topic, Brayan! Have you heard of this person? https://myplasticfreelife.com/ I haven't read her book but always meant to... Very interesting to think about how plastic is so pervasive in our lives!!
It could be interesting to include your own data journal of how often you interact with plastic in your daily life. Also would be interesting to see what companies have pushed plastic production (big oil!!!!), what their net worth is and how much they have made $$ from pushing plastic into our lives.
Also would be interesting to connect plastics in the environment with human diseases.
This is a very interesting topic and I love this!
I just came up with some ideas...
- what if we could see the travel of plastic on the map...? Where is the material born? Where is plastic born? Where do they go? After it is discarded, which part of the world do they go...?
(Because I know a lot of US/Canada plastic used to go to Asia and be buried somewhere)
I love the title of "Life in plastic is not fatastic!" with rhythm.
