This would be VERY USEFUL. Can you provide this?

The notebook now describes things quite well. I do worry about pasting loads of reflection that was delivered under different circumstances into the document however. I'd recommend being a little more focussed on and structured in the reflection here. Can you turn the blue pins off to hide the markdown and chunk into cells per statement if possible?
