I'd like to remove this, or put it in a "nice to have section." The bachelor's requirement can be exclusive. Let's focus on years of experience.

Let's discuss how much seniority/team lead experience we'd like the role to have. For a senior PD I'd like to add a line about design leadership/mentorship. "Ability to act as a leader, including mentorship of junior members of the team." Might want to add or not. Let's talk about it.
