Have to add arrows on bivariate legend showing which way values are increasing/decreasing. Should explain that the negative of walkability index is shown on map (because it makes sense to show worse walkability and highest % absent together)

also the bivariate legend is kind of confusing so it might be better to just label what the corners represent.

need to add axes labels, title, legend. also need to add dropdown menu for user to select district. potentially change color coding dots by district to just highlighting the district location on a map next to the scatterplot?
