I think we need to specify the scale of total rider in the title. I didnt find the meaning of tickFormat: '.2~s'. Im adding this comment just to remind me to add this later.

yes good point! It is a log scale, so I added that in the title, but feel free to change it. The tick format was for the linear scale to format the extra 0's more nicely.
