I saw it, it's a great feature (Y)

One area where this may be useful is when integrating notebooks in other websites, in this case, comment's plugin is included as normal cell because it is not an observable specific feature

Ah true. And to be clear, this notebook is a great example of something you can do when you do want external comments. It was inspiring to see!
