md`So, we not have cat.jpg and notcat.jpg, however they're still sitting outside the folder we actually want them inside. To move them into the folder, we can simply use the familiar move command again! To generalize the command, \`mv ... \` will take n files and move them into the destination folder. So, we can now move our images inside the examples folder. ${Terminal(['mv cat.jpg notcat.jpg examples', 'ls -l'])} You should see now that the two images have disappeared. To find them you need to list the contents of the examples directory, so just to confirm that the \`mv\` command did exactly what it promised, we will run: ${Terminal(['ls examples'])} Which will list all the files in the examples subdirectory. Okay, now i realize, wait the picture of the definitely-not-a-cat is actually just a cat in disguise, i want to remove it. To remove a file, linux has the \`rm\` command. This command can also be used to remove directories, although remember, if the directory has ANY files it in, you need to use the \`rm -r\` command to recursively remove all the files inside the directory. Alternatively, you can use the \`rmdir\` command. To remove the image, we need to actually go into the folder, so how do we do that? Linux lets us do this using the **c**hange **d**irectory command \`cd\`. ${Terminal(['cd examples', 'pwd', 'rm notcat.jpg', 'ls', 'cd ..'])} Walking through the commands, the first line changes the current directory to the examples directory. The second \`pwd\` command should have reflected that you are now in the examples directory. The third \`rm notcat.jpg\` command says remove the file names 'notcat.jpg'. The fourth \`ls -l\` command should show that we successfully deleted the 'notcat.jpg' file. Finally, the last command allows you to go 'up' (back from where you came) a folder, and you are now back to where you started working from. \`ls\` should now show you the folder you are in. If you wanted to go up two folders, you could type in \`cd ../..\`. Each .. takes you up one folder. A quick note about paths. Say you're in a folder called project, which has another folder called images that contains image1, image2, ... If you want to delete an image inside the folder while your pwd is project, you can type the "path" to the image by specifying \`rm images/image1\`, here \`images/image1\` is called the path. In doing so you skip over having to cd into the folder and remove the image. This idea of a path is compatible with any linux command, so you can use it with mv, etc.
