Main mapa class, d3 ("d3@5", "d3-geo-projection@2", "d3-geo-polygon", "d3-geo-scale-bar", "d3-array"), turf, geojsonrewind, utility functions which format data for mapa: getCities (x number of cities sorted by population, takes an iso, num), getCapitol, getOSM (deprecated), isoQ "iso Query" swap between (iso2, iso3, name)

geojson or topojson, from Natural Earth 10m, US point-of-view. Mapa expects an array of features, or geometries.

Uploaded Google Fonts, for use with geofont 
(Converts font glyphs into GeoJSON polygons for display on maps.

 * great circles, scattered distributions, and radial layouts.)

TextGeometry is geofont, renderLabels is a helper function for managing different font styles, takes a label collection and a font name to geoFont(fontName).
