This is an interesting one! It looks like @ungap/weakmap has an incorrectly formatted "exports" map in its package.json:

  "exports": {
    "import": "./esm/index.js",
    "default": "./cjs/index.js"
  }
```

Should be:

```
  "exports": {
    ".": {
      "import": "./esm/index.js",
      "default": "./cjs/index.js"
    }
  }
```

Same goes for all the other @ungap packages. I wonder if we should just ignore an exports map if we detect that it's broken or incorrectly formatted.

Yup, that works. If an entry in the "exports" map is invalid, we now ignore it instead of failing the entire build. HyperHTML looks good to go

According to Skypack docs, simple urls produce development builds. To use a minified production one, you'd need to import a pinned URL, which is listed in the comments when you read https://cdn.skypack.dev/d3@5 — e.g. https://cdn.skypack.dev/pin/d3@v5.16.0-Ce21vy8OWLss73eB7sms/min/d3.js

hm, according to the docs https://cdn.skypack.dev/d3@5/minify should work too, but there seems to be a bug following through at https://cdn.skypack.dev/-/d3@v5.16.0-Ce21vy8OWLss73eB7sms/dist=es2020,mode=raw/minify

aha, new API is ?min, so https://cdn.skypack.dev/d3@5?min is productionized.
