Is this a better way to do P5 in observable than what the template does? Does the template version create a new sketch when referenced cells force the p5 cell to update?

Hi Brett! Sorry I missed this! I think it's actually the same thing. I forked a notebook of mine created before the Observable templates utilities arrived. And I just simply copied-pasted that p5 cell from t @tmcw Tom MacWright's notebook: https://observablehq.com/@tmcw/p5#p5 which appears to be the one that is being imported on the template you referenced. He explains more context on his notebook. Sorry that I cannot give you any more ideas/thoughts on this as I don't have that knowledge 😅
