My cloud file is larger than 50 Mb so I cannot attach it to the notebook after downloading it. Is there any other way to publish a notebook with cloud file information?

In that case, we don't have a straightforward way to access it. You could place it at a public URL somewhere (maybe Dropbox, S3) and you can `fetch` it from your notebook.

Notice that Google Sheet supports creating public TSV files from sheet documents that are very easy to use with observableHQ. A good alternative that does not involve granting observablehq generic access to cloud files at google.
